For the past three years, Vejle Municipality’s Child and Youth Division-Special Projects Department, in partnership with Videnscenter for Integration (VIFIN), has implemented a Diversity Management course for leaders and workers of the Municipality’s various institutions.
Experience had shown that “Diversity Management” courses have had positive influence on employers’ and employees’ attitudes toward migrant workers.
